Buy More (2012-present)
30 Min Sit-Com / Workplace
From Warner Bros Television A spinoff of NBC's cancelled 5 year dramedy "Chuck". This sit-com focuses on the Buy More and its employees Big Mike, Jeff, Lester, as well as Morgan and Alex. Look for other former cast members to appear from time to time as guests. The goofball staff are still operating under the belief that the store is a CIA front although the reality is all that has been abandoned.

Buy More; 2013-14 Season Preview
Liberty Television has announced that Buy More will return for its 2nd season on September 17th in it's new 8pm time slot.
Last season saw the evolution of the store left behind by the departure of Chuck and Sarah from the hit NBC show "Chuck". Jeff, Lester, Big Mike, Morgan, Anna, and Alex all stepped up to take bigger roles and were supplemented by many guest stars both old and new. The end of the season saw Big Mike tie the knot with Morgan's Mom in an explosive ceremony, and by the end a year's worth of slow realization that the store was no longer a CIA front may have become collateral damage.
The show premiered with a 1.4/4 4.06 rating which would also be it's season high. The rest of the year the show oscalated between 1.1 to 1.3 demo ratings with the season low happening for episode 11 on January 15th, the first episode after the Winter break, which scored only a 1.1/2 2.64. The show's 22 episode season averaged a 1.22 demo. The network will be looking for this number to increase to a 1.4 average, even in its new earlier time slot, to be considered for renewal.
Last season Buy More was on Tuesday's at 9:30pm following Anthem, and competing with Don't Trust the B in Apartment 23 on ABC, NCIS Los Angeles on CBS, Emily Owens/Cult on CW, The Mindy Project on FOX, and The New Normal on NBC. The overall strength of the shows in the time slot was weak, however the NCIS franchise strength and the pure number of sit-com's ended up providing stiff competition for the freshman show on Liberty.
This season Buy More will lead in for Anthem at the 8pm slot on Tuesday nights and will face mosty Drama competition with some top notch shows. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC, NCIS on CBS, The Originals on CW, Dads on FOX, and the Biggest Loser/The Voice on NBC will test Buy More's customer loyalties.
The show has added many new cast members on trial, story loop basis and will see which characters are worth keeping on. Newlywed Big Mike will leave the Buy More store to pursue his dream of the World Fishing Tour where he becomes fast friends with an old enemy; Hugo Panzer who is also pursuing the same dream. Sultry Tia Texada joins the store as interim Store Manager to replace Big Mike, and it soon becomes apparent that she is using the store, and specifically the Geek Squad to install monitoring devices for the NSA. However, she is able to use her sex appeal to keep most of the crew in line; but of course that creates a problem with Anna. Alex and Morgan's desire to have a normal friendship with another couple seems to become fulfilled when Casey's old apartment is filled by a couple, Craig (Hayes MacArthur) and Michelle (Amy Davidson) and a friendship is formed. However, it soon becomes apparent that this couple is a little off center as Craig's OCD, and Michelle's groupy status come to light. Jeffster also believes that the new old guy in Appliances Guy (John Ennis) is actually Johnny Lovestorm, former lead singer of Lovestorm and try to get him to help them with their musical career.
The show has received a full 22 episode order for the upcoming season.

Buy More; 2016-17 Season PreviewLiberty television returns to the big box home of Buy More for season 5 for its second year at the Monday 8:00pm/7:00CST time slot. A full season of 22 episodes has been ordered by the network as its ratings which average a 1.1 demo are good by the network standards. Buy More switches from being the lead in for an established show Another Teen Vampire Show, to the lead off for a rookie offering Alyssa Luvs Sean.
Last season saw a swing and a miss with a new annoying pair of neighbors Michelle & Craig for Alex and Morgan but they have departed for missionary work. The rest of the cast also faced big life changes with Lester moving on to manage at Consumer World a competitor of Buy More after he was unhappy with Jeff marrying his sister Sandra; a move that also saw the breakup of the band Jeffster. The marriage of Jeff and Sandra was the season finale, with wedding finales now becoming a "thing" for Buy More. Alex & Morgan are expecting a baby (which will necessitate some visits from Grandpa John Casey) and Big Mike took a promotion to regional manager which will take him out of the store.
This season will see the continuation of those storylines including the expected baby, the promotion, and a new Korean store manager who will drive everyone to murder. Fractured sit-coms are hard to maintain and neither Big Mike or Lester are ready to exit yet, so look for them to possibly return to the fold in the opening story arcs.
The Monday 8:00pm time slot faces stiff competition from CBS' Big Bang Theory to start the year before it moves to Thursday and Kevin James' "Kevin Can Wait" moves from 8:30 to 8:00 having already been established at the heels of TBBT. FOX has "Gotham" while CW has "Supergirl" which also appeals to the 30-50 male demographic that Buy More goes after, and NBC has "The Voice" while ABC has "Dancing With the Stars" which pretty much appeal to everyone else other than males 30-50. Behind the scenes Stephen Lloyd has left as executive producer after 4 seasons, leaving his share of the work load with the two remaining EP's Ben Kunde and Phil Klemmer. Kunde remains as showrunner.
