Opening Bout Sean Cassidy (/w April Cummings) defeated Caveman Broda by pinfall after a swinging neckbreaker at 7:00 **former women's champion Cummings made her return with her new boyfriend making his first appearance in RCW Sean Cassidy. Cassidy has a 70's/80's disco/pop image, and his finisher was reminiscent of Honky Tonk Man's Shake Rattle and Roll.
Bout #2 The Derelict defeated Iron Mike Sharpe by pinfall after a Tornado punch at 4:35 **The Derelict was the second straight premiere of the night and the second victory. However, this match almost didn't start as the Derelict looked like he was under the influence, including a bottle in a paper bag. The referee, ringside doctor, and Baron von Raschke were all consulted before they decided to let the match start. Derelict wrestles a punch heavy, no holds barred style, but facing Sharpe was cheered by the crowd. He used an earringer, atomic drop, and full nelson slam to set up his finisher.
Bout #3 Damien Demento defeated Jesse Hennig by pinfall after a jumping kneedrop at 9:13 **fairly even match with Hennig controlling a bit more toward the end. But when Hennig went for his somersault neckbreaker finisher Demento managed to roll out of it and Hennig wrecked himself. Demento nailed his finisher right away and came up with the quick win.
Bout #4 Pamela Principal defeated April Cummings by pinfall after a schoolgirl pin at 4:56 **A 3rd premiere victory tonight. The sultry headmistress Principal was cheered on by the crowd against the cheating of the former Women's champion Cummings.
Bout #5 Makhan Singh & Jack O'Jugular defeated Ben Bassarab & Derrick Dukes when Jugular pinned Bassarab after a DDT at 9:10 **solid tag match. Jugular was making his premiere and was impressive. The tall lanky Jugular is similar to Jake the Snake Roberts both in body and style, including his finishing move.
Bout #6 RCW Heritage Title Match Jimmy Snuka defeated Richard Charland by pinfall after a superfly splash at 10:33 [Jimmy Snuka retained the RCW Heritage Title] **solid outing for Charland but he could only cheat for so long. He tried for a somersault clothesline but Snuka read it and bulldogged Charland into the mat, then hit his finisher.
Bout #7 RCW Tag Team Title Match Robbie Royce & Dan Kroffat defeated Chi Chi Cruz & Timothy Flowers by pinfall when Kroffat pinned Cruz after a superkick at 12:26 [Royce & Kroffat retained the RCW Tag Team Titles] **Cruz and Flowers had an alright showing but Royce and Kroffat were better. Destruction Crew seem to have left RCW.
Main Event RCW Heavyweight Title Match
Harley Tragger defeated Greg Valentine by disqualification for use of a foreign object at 12:24 [Harley Tragger retained the RCW Heavyweight Title] **Valentine tried hard to regain his title, but he was just unable to muster enough offense to put away the younger, stronger Tragger. Finally when the writing was on the wall Valentine grabbed the ringbell and nailed Tragger over the head. Tragger left bloodied and battered but still the champion.

River City Wrestling #556 October 22, 1994 Winnipeg, MB
Announcement made by Commissioner Baron von Raschke. The 15th Anniversary Spectacular would once again be held at the Winnipeg Convention Centre, on Saturday December 3rd. Already signed to appear are legendary wrestlers including Wahoo McDaniel, Jimmy Snuka, and Jim Neidhart. And another Jim, Jumpin' Jim Brunzell will be cleared by then to comeback from his injury and wrestle. Finally, Baron announced that he too would be back in the ring for one night only! And that is all the people need to know! Opening Bout Caveman Broda defeated Timothy Flowers by reverse decision at 5:31 **Flowers came out in a particularly ornery mood. He used a Greco Roman punch in the head to start things, and followed up with some scientific chokes, and kicks to the head. When Broda made a short comeback after reversing a whip to the ropes and delivering a back body drop, Flowers went even nuttier. After a flurry of kicks and punches he nailed a superplex and got the 3 count. However, that was not enough and Flowers continue to beat on Broda until officials and wrestlers came in to break it up. However for his antics the referee reversed the decision giving the bout to Broda.
Bout #2 The Derelict defeated Jesse Hennig by disqualification for use of a foreign object at 8:05 **well it must be something in the water, or the air tonight, but the rulebreakers all seem to be coming in mad. In this case Hennig made it clear that he thought the Derelict was a disgrace. At first Hennig refused to lock up with him, was thinking of taking the countout, but when Derelict came after him outside the ring, he kicked him in the groin and threw him head first into the ringsteps. Back inside Hennig began to pound away at the busted open head of Derelict. Hennig worked rear chinlocks, sometimes chokes, and continued to gouge at the forehead. Finally as he was tossed outside the ring the Derelict crawled over to the announce table to retrieve his little brown bag, and take a swig. But instead Hennig kicked him in the back, grabbed the bottle out of the bag, poured the amber liquid on the back of Derelict and then broke the bottle over his head.
Bout #3 Derrick Dukes defeated Chi Chi Cruz by pinfall after a DDT at 10:40 **a very, very entertaining match, lots of high flying action. Yes Cruz is a rulebreaker, but for the most part both men gave as good as they got. Finally Cruz telegraphed a backbody drop, and Dukes turned it into a DDT to gain the win. Post-Match: Timothy Flowers hit the ring, his blood lust still high from his earlier match, and he began to lay the boots into Dukes. The 2 on 1 beatdown was on.
Bout #4 Iron Mike Sharpe defeated Ben Bassarab by pinfall after a (loaded) forearm smash at 8:39 **big upset made possible by Sharpe taking an opportunity when the ref was distracted to load his forearm brace with a steel pipe.
Bout #5 Mixed Tag Match Pamela Principal & Damien Demento defeated April Cummings & Sean Cassidy when Demento pinned Cassidy after a schoolboy pin at 11:14 **the rules of this mixed match was women only fought women, men only fought men. So if a tag was made both teams had to switch out. All 4 competitors had a stretch where they were in trouble. In the end when Cassidy tried to hold onto the ropes to break the roll up attempt Principal hotshot his neck off the 2nd strand and then he was rolled up by Demento for the win.
Bout #6 RCW Tag Team Title Match Robbie Royce & Dan Kroffat defeated Makhan Singh & Jack O'Jugular by pinfall when Royce pinned Singh after a double team suplex at 9:33 [Royce & Kroffat retained the RCW Tag Team Titles] **Singh used his size well during the match but in the end was his downfall as he had nothing left in the tank to get back up after a double team finisher.
Main Event RCW Heavyweight Title Match Special Guest Referee: Ox Baker Harley Tragger and Greg Valentine was declared a no-contest at 12:50 [Harley Tragger retained the RCW Heavyweight Title] **this match was originally advertised as a chain match but it was announced due to some medical regulations that it would not be a chain match, but instead Ox Baker had been brought in as a special guest referee. Baker's reputation as a bad guy seemed to worry Tragger and the fans, but the fact he was walked down to the ring by commissioner Baron von Raschke and the two shook hands before the match seemed to alleviate most of that concern. The match was hard fought and for the most part Baker let the two go at it and stayed out of the way. If anything his counts seemed a bit slow for both men and he allowed everything to go. In fact he had both men complaining to him later in the match. The end occurred when Valentine had Tragger in the figure four. Baker looked like he was going to check on Tragger but instead delivered a heart punch from a kneeling position. He then walked over and kicked Valentine in the head. He picked Valentine up, and then hit him with a heart punch as well. Both men were down and out as Baker left the ring. By this time other officials had come out including a spitting mad (literally) Baron von Raschke. Baker grabbed the mic from the ring table and made an announcement. He had been hired by former RCW Heavyweight Champion Stan Lane to send a message that the Sweet One was coming back to RCW for the 15th anniversary show and wants his title back; from whomever holds it. Consider the message delivered.
