Crime Drama about a tattoo artist with a dark past who uses the information gleamed from his business to bring down biker and crime gangs; sometimes with the help of law enforcement, sometimes by himself or with other vigilantes. His internal demons drive him crazy as he has to pace himself and choose his shots so as not to expose himself.
