Surreal action/drama about a large New York style city stuck in the 1970's but futuristic with some snippets of modern or even futuristic technology. The title character known as Black Diamond is a former military man who worked training police officers in anti-gang insurgency. With crime out of control the government has contracted out local policing to a 3rd party paramilitary company owned by a former street gang (The Red Diamonds), and in their opening days shot and killed Black Diamond's wife and teenage son. Woodall is the burrow where an ensemble cast interacts and intersects.
Wzrd is a construction magnet who spends more time on-line then in the real world.
Sindy is a bored, buxom, divorcee who wants to be loved.
Ranger is a former special-ops who is unlucky in love.
