-fear of Hoovers that the whites would fall in with Panthers; FBI plants Willie a bodyguard for Fred Hampton; police raid found weapons; 15 minute gun fight, dead cops, Hampton dead; cop opens fire with a machine gun

-police intensify harassment and searches
-SWAT team goes into Black Panther headquarters L.A. under a no knock warrant; gun fight; broadcast live on TV
-Huey gets acquitted; to make the party last retreat back to the survival programs like the breakfast program; splits the party including Elridge from Algeria; renounces
-Huey kicks out the Panther 21 after being accused of taking some of the defence funds for other purposes
-Cleaver / Newton factions at odds; FBI creates paranoia to pit the 2 against each other; hits the mainstream media
