3 years after his son was killed by a drunk driver, Marlo Carmichael's life is in tatters; his marriage destroyed, his daughter married and moved away, and unable to hold down a steady job. While out one night patrolling the streets for drunk drivers he meets another vigilante, a victim of violent crime. Soon the 2 become 3, and a new form of everyday superhero's forms their own league to dispense Justice. However, not yet ready to face the city's darkest villains this group zeroes in on property damage, burglars, drunk drivers, and general public nuisances; but even that may be beyond their limited capabilities.
