Jim Brunzell & Ricky Steamboat defeated Pat Brady & Brent Sampson by pinfall at 8:35**The two fan favorite RCW stars had very little trouble with Brady and Sampson. Main Event RCW Tag Team Title Match Special Referee: Nick BockwinkelBen Bassarab & Biff Wellington defeated The Bruise Brothers by pinfall when Bassarab pinned Picone after a slingshot suplex at 10:41[Ben Bassarab & Biff Wellington win the RCW Tag Team Titles] **The Bruise Brothers were very distracted from Nick Bockwinkel, who was not trying to be a factor in the match, but the champions seemed to assume he was going to screw them. In the end Dave Koorajian's questioning of Bock allowed Bassarab and Wellington a chance to nail a double clothesline, and a double suplex before Bassarab hit the finishing move. This marks Bassarab's 2nd stint as a tag champ as he held those belts with Phil Lafleur in 1984.

Televised Matches
The Soultaker defeated Len Crazy Horse by pinfall at 2:30 **Soultaker looks like he will be a powerful force in RCW, a brutal physical specimen
RCW Tag Team Title Match Re-Match Ben Bassarab & Biff Wellington defeated The Bruise Brothers by pinfall at 7:05 [Bassarab & Wellington retained the RCW Tag Team Titles] **decisive victory by the the new champions, looks like it might be the end of the line for the former champs.
RCW TV Title Match Special guest referee Nick Bockwinkel Tommy Jammer defeated Bobby Jaggers by pinfall at 10:44 [Tommy Jammer wins the RCW TV Title] **huge upset as Jaggers and Bock traded verbal jabs which seemed to distract Jaggers. But Jammer also spent much of the early bout attacking the torso of Jaggers and by the last couple minutes as he went flying from one side of the ring to the other the veteran champ Jaggers could not catch his breath and made himself easy pickings. However, after Jaggers kicked out following a Jammer slam, the challenger had to hit his finisher a second time to pick up the win.
The Main Event was scheduled to be Dynamite Kid defending his RCW title against Ricky Steamboat, and the fans smelled the title changing hands. Kid looked tentative hooking up with the challenger, but after less then a minute the Chi-Town crew (Pat Brady, Brent Sampson, and Bobby Bass) hit the ring and attacked Steamboat. Kid took a powder and grabbed his title belt from the ringside table. Commissioner Baron von Raschke and his friend Jim Brunzell hit the ring to make the save. After a commerical break where Steamboat had to be helped to the back for medical attention, Raschke had the mic and told the Chi-Town crew that since they ruined the main event they would now have to become part of the main event. It was going to be Raschke and Brunzell against all 3 of the crew or they would be suspended. [Dynamite Kid and Ricky Steamboat battled to a no-contest] [Dynamite Kid retains the RCW Heavyweight Title]
Main Event Handi-cap Match Jim Brunzell & Baron von Raschke defeated Pat Brady, Bobby Bass, and Brent Sampson when Raschke made Brady submit to the claw at 5:42 **clean victory for RCW in this one, putting the Chi-Town Crew's threat down a notch.

Untelevised matches Davey Boy Smith & Jim Brunzell defeated Dynamite Kid & Bobby Jaggers by pinfall when Brunzell pinned Jaggers Ricky Rice defeated Timothy Flowers Soultaker defeated Jonnie Stewart Title Match: Biff Wellington & Ben Bassarab double countout with the Blackhearts
Televised matches;
All-Women "Heartbreaker" edition of River City Wrestling
The Blackhearts Brett & Matt Derringer start the program by trying to put a stop to the episode for copyright infringement, basically they are upset as not being on television and not having won the tag titles earlier. Baron von Raschke comes out and agrees that the Heartbreakers deserve a rematch. However, first he has another gift for them; next week they get to face Stan Hansen & Terry Gordy. The Derringers don't like this at all and lose their minds.
The Terrorist defeated Red Dawn by submission at 3:22 **filler
Kathy Weathers defeated Olga Lugo by pinfall at 4:20 **a bit of an upset, one that serves to help keep Weathers as a legitimate threat to the title scene
Rockin' Robin defeated Dirty White Girl by pinfall at 6:45 after countering a sunset flip with a rollup **Rockin' Robin was very popular with the fans, an immediate hit, as was DWG despised right from the start. In fact this match got better fan reaction then the main event.
Main Event RCW Women's Title Match Candi Divine defeated Magnificent Mimi by pinfall after a piledriver at 8:03 [Candi Divine Won the North American Women's Title] **Hard fought even contest. Divine turned the tables when she used the referee as a screen and nailed Mimi with a forearm to the throat. After that it was a hairpull bulldog, snap suplex, and then a piledriver to pick up the 3 count.

Brandon, Manitoba
Untelevised matches; Non-title; Biff Wellington & Ben Bassarab defeated Mike Justice & Tom Stone by pinfall **The Blackhearts came out during this match to scout the tag champions. They managed to interfere once to prolong the match, but before they could do it again their special opponents for tonight Stan Hansen & Terry Gordy came out and sent the Heartbreakers scrambling to the back. The fans gave Hansen and Gordy a nice cheer for their efforts. Non-title; Candi Divine defeated Kathy Weathers Jim Brunzell defeated Pat Brady Nelson Royal defeated Skull Mason
Televised Matches;
Premiere of The Trooper The Trooper defeated Dirty Dan Denton by pinfall at 5:32 **after the match the Trooper was attacked by the Soultaker for reasons unknown
#1 Contenders Match Rockin' Robin defeated Magnificent Mimi by pinfall after a bulldog at 6:05 **great match between two fan favourites, but it is obvious that Rockin' Robin has quickly become very popular amongst the fans. **after the match Candi Divine came out to confront Robin, but backed down once Mimi stood side to side with Robin, and the two to one odds discouraged the champ from taking further action.
Special Appearance Stan Hansen & Terry Gordy defeated The Blackhearts (Matt & Brett Derringer) by pinfall when Gordy pinned Matt after a powerbomb at 8:42 **The Blackhearts were way over their heads against these two powerful legends. However, they managed to gain an advantage a couple times by playing up to the local referee that the opponents were breaking the rules. Finally after taking a big beating the Blackhearts decided they had enough and were on the way to leaving the premises. However, Wellington and Bassarab appeared and chased them back to the ring where the guests finished them off in short order.
Main Event #1 contenders match for Heavyweight Title [match joined in progress at the 9 minute mark] Davey Boy Smith defeated Ricky Steamboat by pinfall after a running powerslam at 17:40 (thanks to outside interference by Pat Brady). **An absolutely terrific match between two fan favourites, just like in the women's #1 contender match early on. Davey Boy Smith controlled most of the match we saw from the 9 minute mark until about the 14 minute mark but could not put Steamboat away after many near falls. Steamboat fought back with some knifehand chops which were not appreciated by DBS who escalated with punches. Tempers flared for the first time, but Steamboat took the match over and started to exert his speed coming off the ropes. Just when he had DBS on the verge of being pinned, he came off the ropes, but Pat Brady had come down to ringside and tripped up Steamboat. Ricky went after Brady trying to pull him into the ring but the Chi-town wrestler hit him in the head with brass knuckles, knocking him out cold. DBS saw Brady retreating but did not see the punch. He stared down Brady, but none the less took advantage of his fallen opponent by scooping him up and delivering a running powerslam to pick up the win.
