October 30th, 1982 (RCW #81)
Marty Goldstein is acknowledged with his first onscreen appearance as the commissioner/matchmaker.
He is removed from power at RCW #317, Feb 6/1988 after having been discovered to have put a bounty on the head of RCW champion Steve Disalvo.
February 6th, 1988 (RCW #317)
Gene Kiniski is named the interim commissioner/matchmaker by the RCW board of directors.
April 23rd, 1988 (RCW #327)
Baron von Raschke is named the new commissioner by interim Gene Kiniski.
May, 1991
Jim Brunzell becomes the new commissioner.
January 15, 1994 (RCW #536)
Baron von Raschke is named the new commissioner as Jim Brunzell returns to in-ring competition.
December 9, 1995 (RCW #593)
Jim Brunzell is named the new commissioner as he relinquishes the Heavyweight title, and Baron von Raschke resigns from his position.
Brunzell steps down from the position on December 5, 1998 (RCW #770) after the company is sold
February 13, 1999 (RCW #772)
Nick Bockwinkel appears as the new commissioner. New owner Jack Larkin appeared last week.

Greg Gagne announced and appears as the new commissioner.
