RCW Television Title Match
Ben Bassarab defeated Ricky Rice by pinfall after a flying cross bodyblock at 18:03
[Ben Bassarab retained the RCW Television Title]
**this high octane affair would have to garner some RCW match of the year consideration, as it went back and forth, in and out of the ring. At one point after a ref bump around 13 minutes the men exchanged chair shots that left both men busted wide open. The end of the match came when after a criss cross sequence both men hit a flying cross bodyblock. As luck would have it Bassarab landed on top of Rice, but as the count was applied it was obvious both men were knocked out.

RCW Tag Team Title Match
High Flyers (Greg Gagne & Jim Brunzell) defeated the Bolsheviks (Boris Zhukov & Nikolai Volkoff) by submission when Brunzell made Zhukov submit to the Indian death lock at 13:26
[The High Flyers won the RCW Tag Team Titles]
**perhaps the only way to upstage that last match was to have the hugely popular High Flyers win the tag team titles in Winnipeg, which is exactly what happened. Brunzell played Ricky Morton for a stretch, but eventually got his redemption after getting the hot tag from his partner Gagne. Volkoff tried to interfere again, managing to pull the referee away, but Gagne took him out, charging across the ring. Although the ref was now a few feet away he never stopped watching as finally Zhukov knowing he wasn't getting out with help from his partner cried Uncle Ivan.

Six-Man Tag Match:
Don Muraco, Bob Orton Jr., & Ricky Rice defeated Dynamite Kid, Davey Boy Smith & Ben Bassarab by pinfall when Muraco pinned DBS after a piledriver at 18:52
**a rare six man tag match for RCW featured all the top guns on the single side of the roster including the Heavyweight champion Dynamite Kid, #1 challenger Don Muraco, and TV champion Ben Bassarab. The good guys controlled most of the match but in the end Orton managed to trip up DBS from the outside when he was preparing to powerslam Muraco. This allowed Muraco to counter the move and apply his own finisher while the other 4 men brawled outside the ring. As a result of that outcome Muraco gets another title shot at Dynamite next week and Ricky Rice gets another shot at Ben Bassarab next week as well.
