You ever worked at a company where the rank and file employees spent a lot of time talking about how bad management is and how they could run the company better? Of course you have, everyone has, at almost every company.
We have selected one such small company and purchased it for $7million from the founders and turned it over to the employees to run. However, this is no free ride, as they must now handle their new debt load and lack of management experience and keep the company a float.
This reality show follows the exploits of the company as the experiment in American labour and business unfolds before our eyes.
