Hiro Matsuda 6'1 231 lbs., Yokohama, Japan
vs
Ric Flair 6'1 243 lbs., Charlotte, NC
The match begins with Hiro Matsuda showcasing his technical prowess, frustrating Ric Flair with a series of arm drags and submission holds. Flair, unable to match Matsuda's grappling skills, resorts to eye pokes and hair pulls when the referee isn't looking.
As the match progresses, Flair gains control with his trademark chops and a figure-four leglock. Matsuda breaks free and counters with a devastating butterfly suplex. Just as Matsuda seems poised for victory, Hulk Hogan appears at ringside, drawing everyone's attention.
Hogan begins arguing with the referee about Flair's earlier cheating tactics. With the official distracted, Flair seizes the opportunity to retrieve a pair of brass knuckles from his trunks. As Matsuda turns back to face his opponent, Flair strikes him squarely in the jaw with the foreign object.
The referee, still engaged with Hogan, turns just in time to see Flair cover Matsuda. He drops down to make the count, and Flair secures the tainted victory.
[Ric Flair defeated Hiro Matsuda by pinfall after hitting him with brass knuckles at 11:55]
Post-Match: Hulk Hogan looks frustrated at what just happens. He slaps his hands on the ring apron several times before turning to leave. His real intentions were not clear.
Bout #2
**Heavyweight Title Tournament Match - Round of 16
Bill Goldberg 6'4 285 lbs., Atlanta GA
vs
Orange Cassidy 5'10" 161 lbs. Wherever
The bell rings, and Goldberg immediately charges at Orange Cassidy, who casually sidesteps the attack. Frustrated, Goldberg attempts a clothesline, but OC ducks under it with minimal effort. This pattern continues, with Cassidy's nonchalant style visibly irritating Goldberg.
Cassidy's luck runs out when Goldberg catches him with a thunderous spear out of nowhere while his hands are. in his pockets. The arena erupts as Goldberg follows up with his signature Jackhammer. He covers OC, but shockingly, Cassidy kicks out at 2.9!
Stunned, Goldberg sets up for another Jackhammer. This time, OC counters with a sudden Slumdog Millionaire, dropping Goldberg and nearly securing a three-count. Cassidy, now fully engaged, springs to his feet and winds up for the Orange Punch.
However, Goldberg's instincts kick in. He ducks the Orange Punch and catches Cassidy with another devastating spear. The crowd is on their feet as Goldberg hoists OC up for one final Jackhammer. This time, there's no kick-out.

Bout #3
*Heavyweight Title Tournament Match - Round of 16
Verne Gagne 5'11 215 lbs., Corcoran, MN
vs
Johnny Valentine 6'4 255 lbs., Maple Valley, WA
The bell rings, and Verne Gagne and Johnny Valentine circle each other, both veterans showing mutual respect. They lock up, with Gagne quickly transitioning into a side headlock. Valentine counters with a hip toss, but Gagne rolls through and applies an armbar.
The match settles into a methodical pace, with both men exchanging holds and counters. Valentine gains the upper hand with a series of knee drops to Gagne's arm, followed by a hammerlock. Gagne escapes and responds with his patented sleeper hold, but Valentine reaches the ropes. There have been a few boring chants from the crowd.
Midway through, Valentine catches Gagne with a hard elbow to the jaw, dazing him. He follows up with his signature elbow drops, each one drawing a grimace from Gagne. Valentine then locks in a figure-four leglock, targeting Gagne's knee.
Gagne, showing his legendary toughness, endures the hold for several minutes before finally reaching the ropes. As both men tire, the action becomes more desperate. Valentine attempts his patented brainbuster, but Gagne counters it into a backdrop.
The threat of a 30 minute time limit draw that will eliminate both men looms large. Gagne hits a series of knee lifts, weakening Valentine. He then applies the Gagne Sleeper once more. Valentine struggles, trying to reach the ropes, but Gagne drags him to the center of the ring. After a valiant effort, Valentine's arm drops for the third time.
The referee calls for the bell awarding the victory to Verne Gagne in this classic, old-school wrestling clinic.
[Verne Gagne defeated Johnny Valentine by submission to the Gagne sleeper at 28:40]
Post-Match: Johnny's son Greg Valentine comes to the ring to complain that the sleeper was a choke. Verne offers to put the hold of Greg to demonstrate but the Hammer wants no part of it. Recovered now but forgotten Johnny attacks Verne from behind. They target the knee, and Valentine puts on the figure four while Johnny kicks at the knee. The two on one beat down is on until the High Flyers, Greg Gagne and Jim Brunzell come to the rescue. Verne's knee looks injured and his ability to proceed in the tournament is in question.

Bout #5
Five Woman Scramble - One Fall To A Finish
**winner receives the final spot in the Women's title tournament
Kamille Brickhouse vs Raquel Rodriguez vs Deonna Purrazzo vs Tessa Blanchard vs Jade Cargill
Special rules; First pinfall or submission inside the ring wins, this is not an elimination match. However, there is one referee inside the ring and one outside the ring. The ref outside the ring has the ability to disqualify wrestlers or count them out with a 10 count.
The bell rings, and all five women cautiously circle each other before Jade Cargill and Raquel Rodriguez lock up, showcasing their impressive strength. Meanwhile, Deonna Purrazzo and Tessa Blanchard engage in a technical exchange, with Kamille Brickhouse waiting for an opening.
The match quickly breaks down into chaos, with frequent tags and high-impact moves. Cargill hits a picture-perfect pump kick on Purrazzo, while Rodriguez plants Blanchard with a devastating fallaway slam. Brickhouse uses her power to dominate, but Purrazzo's technical prowess keeps her in the game.
At the 15-minute mark, frustration boils over outside the ring. Blanchard, feeling overwhelmed, grabs a steel chair and viciously strikes Cargill. The outside referee immediately disqualifies Blanchard, but she hits Cargill again before leaving. Cargill, dazed and injured, can't beat the 10-count and is also eliminated, leaving three competitors.
[Tessa Blanchard eliminated by disqualification]
[Jade Cargill eliminated by countout]
The remaining trio – Brickhouse, Rodriguez, and Purrazzo – push their limits. Rodriguez showcases her strength with a series of suplexes on Purrazzo, while Brickhouse counters with powerful slams. Purrazzo's submission attempts keep both powerhouses on their toes.
As fatigue sets in, the action becomes more desperate. Rodriguez hits a massive boot on Brickhouse, sending her tumbling outside. Purrazzo seizes the moment and locks in the Fujiwara armbar on Rodriguez, who struggles to reach the ropes.
Just when it seems Rodriguez might tap, Brickhouse returns and breaks up the hold. The final minutes see a flurry of near-falls and submission attempts. Purrazzo locks in the Venus de Milo on Brickhouse, but Rodriguez breaks it up with a thunderous powerbomb.
In the closing seconds, all three women are down. Rodriguez and Brickhouse slowly rise, trading blows. Rodriguez delivers a big boot spilling Brickhouse from the ring. Suddenly, Purrazzo rolls up Rodriguez from behind, hooking the tights. The referee counts three, and Deonna Purrazzo emerges victorious in this grueling scramble match.
[Deonna Purrazzo wins a five woman scramble match pinning Rodriguez with an inside cradle and a handful of tights at 27:58]
Bout #6
The Crusher 5'11 260 lbs., Milwaukee, WI
vs
The Sandman 6'4 240 lbs., Philadelphia, PA
The bell rings, and The Sandman immediately reaches for his trademark kendo stick. The Crusher, caught off guard, takes a vicious shot to the head. As the referee moves to disqualify Sandman, Crusher waves him off, shouting, "Let it all go, boy! I can take it and dish it out!"
From there, the match devolves into a brutal brawl. Sandman whips Crusher into the corner, following up with a running bulldog onto an exposed turnbuckle. Crusher retaliates by hurling Sandman over the top rope and then onto the announce table.
Back in the ring, Crusher unleashes a series of devastating stomps, but Sandman counters with a low blow. Seizing the moment, Sandman sets up for his exploder suplex, driving Crusher's head into the mat. Somehow, the Milwaukee legend kicks out at two.
Frustrated, Sandman goes for his signature DDT. In a stunning display of power, Crusher counters mid-move, hoisting Sandman up and dropping him with an inverted atomic drop. The crowd erupts as Crusher staggers on his feet, his face a mask of blood and determination.
With Sandman reeling, Crusher winds up and delivers his famous bolo punch. The impact echoes through the arena as Sandman crumples to the mat. Crusher covers, and the referee counts three.

Fatal Four Way - Cage Match
Sting 6'2 250 lbs., Venice Beach, CA
vs
The Undertaker 6'10 309 lbs., Death Valley
vs
Bret Hart 6'0 235 lbs., Calgary, Alberta, Canada
vs
Raven 6'1 235 lbs., The Bowery
For the second time in PWF's short history we were supposed to have a dream one on one match between Sting and The Undertaker. Last time out Raven wormed his way into the match claiming ECW needed to be part of the equation. This time Bret Hart changed the equation. He wanted in on the action, saying that this victory would be his ticket to a PWF title shot, something he was denied, they were all denied, because of Raven. In return for letting him into the bout he brought Raven in as well.
The bell rings, and immediately Sting, Undertaker, and Bret Hart turn their attention to Raven, cornering him. Raven, ever the opportunist, ducks a clothesline from Sting, causing the Icon to hit Hart instead. This sparks chaos as all four men begin brawling.
Undertaker and Sting, two legends of the darkness, lock eyes and start trading blows, leaving Hart to deal with Raven. The Hitman catches Raven with a series of knife-edge chops, but Raven counters with a low blow when the referee's view is obscured.
As the match progresses, alliances form and dissolve. Sting and Hart briefly team up to double suplex the Undertaker, only for Sting to immediately follow up with a Scorpion Death Drop attempt on Hart, who counters into a Sharpshooter. Raven breaks it up with a running knee strike.
At the 15-minute mark, all four men are showing signs of fatigue and are busted open. The mat is stained crimson as Undertaker chokeslams Raven onto Hart, then catches a flying Sting with a Last Ride powerbomb. The crowd is on their feet as near-fall after near-fall is broken up.
Raven, seizing a moment of opportunity, climbs the cage but is caught by Sting. In a spectacular spot, Sting superplexes Raven from the side of the cage to the mat below, leaving both men incapacitated.
Hart and Undertaker are left standing. They exchange their signature moves – Hart with the Russian Leg Sweep and Five Star Elbow Drop, Undertaker with the Old School rope walk and Tombstone Piledriver. Both men kick out at two and a half.
In the closing moments, Sting recovers and scales the cage, looking for a splash. Undertaker moves. The Deadman then spears Sting. The impact is so great the dup burst through the cage wall, sending both Sting and Undertaker tumbling to the outside.
Seizing the moment, Hart quickly locks the Sharpshooter on a groggy Raven in the center of the ring. With no one to break it up, Raven taps out giving Bret Hart the victory in this brutal and chaotic Fatal Four-Way Steel Cage match.
[Bret Hart defeated Sting, Undertaker, and Raven when he submitted Raven in the sharpshooter at 30:21]
Post-Match: Sting and Undertaker were not happy with the result, and they and Hart continued to brawl as the show went black.
