After the match he tried to beat down Steele only to have the challenger turn the tables and beat him from pillar to post. The good guys had to clear their dressing room to drag Steele off of Muraco despite their mixed feelings in doing so. These two are scheduled to go at it again for the title next week.

But commissioner Baron von Raschke did come out after the match and said that next week he was going to teach Muraco a lesson in the ring in sportsmanship. He signed himself against the champ in a non-title match.

He then caught Raschke chasing him into the ring with a knee, and went to work on Raschke for a few minutes. The fan favorite commissioner turned the tables however and got in his share of punishment on the champ. The commish put the dreaded clawhold on the champ, and Muraco responded with a kick to the groin of Raschke which was missed by the ref. Muraco then went to work on Raschke, but Jim Brunzell came down to the ring to advise the ref of what happened. When Muraco taunted Brunzell, the former RCW champ entered the ring and went at it with Muraco, causing the disqualification.
